Dr. Thomas Conage MD, MPH, FACPM passed away last week at the age of 75. He was a retired Colonel with the US Air Force. Dr. Conage was an integral team member on our staff. His knowledge, kindness, warmth and wisdom was extended to any patient he treated. He will be dearly missed.
